Edy Moulton-Tetlock is a Ph.D. Candidate in Management at Columbia Business School (graduation: May 2019).
I have active research in organizational behavior, strategy, and entrepreneurship. I have demonstrated teaching excellence and have developed strong communication, management, and organizational skills during extensive professional management experience.
My research investigates how people administer between their work roles and other identities. I have two lines of research that explore different aspects of this phenomenon. My work in dyadic systems explores how dyads disclose personal information and negotiate labor decisions. My research into cultural identities applies social psychological theory and methods to international strategy questions.
